A clear, recent head-and-shoulders image is ideal. iPhone photos are fine. HEIC/HEIF images will be converted to a high-quality JPEG before sending. Keep the original under 9 MB. We may crop, resize or lightly enhance the image so it works well across FutureEdge materials.

Please only upload an image you own or have permission to share with FutureEdge. We may crop, resize, adjust colour or lighting, and make minor retouches. We won’t materially change how you look.

If someone comes to mind, we’d love the introduction. It could be another student who did exceptionally well, a parent who was a huge help, a teacher or coach who made a difference, or an expert you’ve heard good things about. People FutureEdge should consider optional

The simple agreement.

We want this to be easy to understand. Here’s what you’re agreeing to if we invite you to contribute and you choose to take part.

The short version

You keep ownership of what you give us. If we agree to work together, you let FutureEdge use your name, profile, photo and agreed contributions in FutureEdge study guides, events and related content, and to promote that work. We can edit for length, clarity and presentation, including light image enhancement, but we won’t knowingly change what you mean or materially alter how you look.

What “your contribution” includes

Information you submit here, plus material you later choose to give FutureEdge during an interview or event. This can include your words, quotes, audio, video, image, profile details and photo.

Permission to use it

If we agree to work together, you give FutureEdge non-exclusive, worldwide permission to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute and promote the agreed contribution in FutureEdge study guides, events, websites, social channels, presentations, media and other material connected with FutureEdge.

You still own your material

This permission does not transfer ownership of your original contribution to FutureEdge. You can use your own material elsewhere.

Editing without changing the meaning

We may shorten, format, caption or lightly edit material for clarity, design or context. For images, that can include cropping, resizing, colour or lighting adjustment and minor retouching. We won’t knowingly present your views in a materially misleading way or materially change your appearance.

You can contact us

You can email us at any time to correct profile information, update your preferences, or ask us to stop using material in future. We’ll also remove existing material where we reasonably can. We may not be able to recall material that has already been printed, distributed or reposted by someone else.

No obligation either way

Sending this form does not mean you have been selected, and you do not have to accept a future interview or event invitation. We’ll confirm any involvement with you separately.

Paid interviews or events

If we agree a fee for an interview, study-guide contribution or event appearance, we’ll confirm the amount, scope and timing with you separately in writing before it happens. Nothing in this form sets or waives payment.
